We carry out various in vitro and in vivo tests and molecular analysis to test the toxicity and therapeutic efficacy of new candidate compounds, both in the preliminary development and in the preclinical phases of the projects:

· Generation of disease models in Drosophila melanogaster.

· Fast tracking and functional assay platform in Drosophila melanogaster.

· In vitro culture of different cell types and conditions: primary cultures, 3D cultures...

· Testing and functional analysis of candidate molecules in cell cultures.
